Tokyo: At least 16 people were injured in an accident involving a minibus and several other vehicles in Saga Prefecture, southwestern Japan, on Friday afternoon, local media reported.
According to public broadcaster NHK, the accident happened at around 430 p.m. local time on an expressway in the prefecture. Three of those injured were reportedly in serious condition.
Police are investigating the details of the accident.
