Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior has emphasized that proper utilization of designated charging spaces helps safeguard the rights of others and demonstrates compliance with traffic laws and etiquette.
In a social media post, the ministry said charging spaces are designated for electric and hybrid vehicles only and should only be used during active charging.
The Ministry urged drivers to vacate the spaces immediately after charging, warning that the use of designated bays by regular vehicles is prohibited.
Motorists are therefore advised to adhere to regulations governing the use of electric vehicle charging bays.
